If you buy them, the Scarlett and the Mercenary Day DLCs also have a few top places to farm relics. Definitely legendary loot midgets during the Doctor's Order.

WebSep 1, 2014 · They theoretically could, in the same way that any random enemy can drop any random legendary, but it doesn't seem to be a designated drop for them. If you think about it, the first one makes sense. If it had the same chance to drop a Bee as the other treants, it would be the fastest farm, by far.
