I'm stuck with tailoring at 64 skill. I need 75 to pick another specialization. The things that give me skill either require sparks (again, no one is putting in crafting orders), or items that require prerequisite materials that I can't make. Meh.

So if you want a max quality craft you need to do it through contacting someone and sending a personal crafting order. I'm an axe/mace weaponsmith and ive filled ~150 crafting orders, 80-90% of which have been personal orders or guild orders.
