In ABC's newest post, they mentioned that Kokomi's elemental skill is listed to scale off Max HP, yet in gameplay she uses ATK%. This leaves room for debate on whether Mihoyo coded her gameplay wrong, or simply listed her scaling wrong.

WebIt makes no difference whether you can say "oh, but now she will crit 17% of the time and deal an extra 17% damage". She is a healer and shielder, all crit stats on her are pointless (unless you happen to be building a DPS Diona). Every time crit damage or crit rate appears on her artifacts it is a wasted slot. Same as with Kokomi.
