And also read the terms and conditions on their website. And also read reviews of the hotel. WebContacted support and was told they can not arrange transfers from such a distance. But they apologised so that makes up for me losing the first day of my holiday amd having to rent a car for the day. A 600 euro apology for 1 day and car cost.
