Well, programming the arpeggios from scratch is pretty much the same, but Catanya has 700+ pre-programmed choices you can click on to hear and tweak or use as a template. I load an init chord preset and then play the track until i fill all the keys up (i usually keep them to 3 octaves). Then I use the midi functions in Cthulhu to remove any duplicate chords and non chords.
