Meanwhile, Dolby Atmos has a well-balanced performance when it comes to audio playback and has a balanced bass output. WebI don't think motherboard matters at all. Dolby/DTS are all software solutions. Either buy Dolby Atmos for Headphones or DTS Headphone X and that's it. Both are available as 14 day trial. Update: I bought Dolby Atmos for Headphones few days ago as my trial ended. Works great with my very old Logitech headphones and few years old PC.
